Corporate Members

Founding Members – $50,000

🔹 Exclusive Seat on the Board of Governors – Founding Members hold a permanent seat on the Board of Governors, a carefully selected group of trusted industry leaders responsible for defining the strategic direction, priorities, and key initiatives of the RealTime Society (RTS).
🔹 Shape the Future of RTS – The Board of Governors steers the Society, setting mission-driven policies that serve the best interests of the community rather than individual companies.
🔹 Strategic Influence – Play a key role in major initiatives such as the RealTime Innovation Awards, including defining award categories and other industry-shaping decisions.

Associate Members

🔹 Companies with 1,000+ FTE (full-time equivalent) employees – $20,000
🔹 Companies with 100 to 999 FTE employees – $10,000
🔹 Companies with 16 to 99 FTE employees – $5,000
🔹 Companies with 1 to 15 FTE employees – $1,500

🔹 Corporate Members contribute to RTS by dedicating approximately 30 hours per year from an engineer, researcher, or technical director to support industry-wide initiatives.

Non-Profit Members

🔹 Non-profit organizations and government entities (pre-approved) – $7,500

Academic Members

🔹 Academic Institutions – $1,500

Independent Members

🔹 Independent Individuals (subject to an application process) – $275 per person

Student Members

🔹 Full-time students enrolled in an accredited academic institution – $45

Voting Rights & Governance

✅ Corporate Members have equal voting rights on Board of Governors’ proposals, regardless of membership level.

✅ The Board of Governors functions as a strategic governing board, not a management board. It is responsible for:

• Defining the main goals and missions of the Society.
• Setting the strategic direction for RTS initiatives, ensuring that policies serve the entire real-time technology community, rather than specific companies.
• Driving high-impact initiatives, including the RealTime Innovation Awards and other programs that elevate real-time technology standards and industry collaboration.
