Short summary
I’m building GenAI workflows for virtual production and real-time integration, and I want RESET to help define the standards that make these pipelines interoperable at scale.

Full statement
I’ve been building GenAI-driven workflows using ComfyUI, Luma— from image-to-video (i2V), V2V to real-time plate integration on virtual production stages. These systems deliver incredible results, but the pipelines remain fragmented. We’re at a key inflection point — much like the early days of Nuke — where standards can unlock scale, creativity, and true collaboration.
RESET matters to me because it’s not just a showcase — it’s a working forum to define how GenAI, real-time engines, and virtual production interoperate. I bring decades of experience bridging R&D and production — from pioneering speech synthesis and digital compositing on True Lies, to deploying DLSS-optimized UE5 pipelines and GenAI post-VFX for current films.
At RESET, I plan to contribute hands-on insights, propose modular standards for AI-assisted workflows, and advocate for open, production-ready solutions that empower creators across disciplines. This is where the next foundation gets built — and I’m here to help shape it.

Javier Romero

Short summary
I want to contribute to conversations redefining future workflows, share experience from 25+ years in animation and VFX, and bring a European/Spain perspective.

Full statement
I would like to contribute and be part of conversations that redefine the workflows of the future, share experiences and make connections that are meaningful. Since I reconnected with Jean-Michel at ANNECY this year, we had some conversations about different involvements in RESET. Unfortunately it was a short notice for RESET London, but I do not want to miss RESET LA. I think it´s an amazing initiative where we can discuss about workflows, creative processes, implementations of new tools, convergence of digital production techniques into other areas, etc. I have 25+ years of experience in animation and VFX for different studios and I think I can bring interesting points of view into the conversation. Also since the majority of my career has been in Spain, I can offer insights about the business in my region.

Jeremy Oddo
Global Director of IT — The Third Floor

Short summary
I’m focused on transformation and on moving AI from theory to practical enablement, with a creator-first, human-in-the-loop strategy that builds trust.

Full statement
I’ve started the new year shifting from Production to Innovation, responsible for transformation of our team. I want to find thoughtful, impactful ways to drive change and carry teams forward.
I want to bring a grounded, creator-first perspective to the table, specifically focused on how we move AI from a theoretical concept to a functional Enablement Hub.
I can speak to the practicalities of vetting AI previz workflows, transparently sharing results and objective comparisons to traditional methods in order to gain trust and be open about AI being an added tool, not a replacement. Most importantly, I want to discuss what a “human-in-the-loop” strategy means: how we pivot the conversation from AI as a replacement to AI as a collaborator. I’m looking to help define a roadmap for EA’s creators where we use these tools to scale high-fidelity creativity without losing the soul of the work or the buy-in of the artists behind it.

Jose Frederick San Román
Owner — Adelfas Capital Partners

Short summary
I’m building a Europe-wide virtual production studio network and I want candid, hard discussions about the economics of the new entertainment landscape, financing, and how to build sustainable profitability.

Full statement
I am building a network of virtual production studios in Europe (10) named The Cassiopeia Network to be deployed in 10 countries. Using real time rendering and state-of-the-art 360 virtual production facilities for creators worldwide.
RESET LA 26 offers, in principle, a true and direct conversation with individuals who understand not only about the creative side of entertainment, but most importantly, the economics of the new world in entertainment. The industry is slow in adapting to changes and the use of AI tools plus real-time rendering is radically changing the landscape of the younger generations for greater content creation, in better quality and lower production cost. I am building a network that will provide a service (I am not a content creator, I am an entrepreneur) to producers and directors globally that guarantees production slots for up to ten years ahead by booking in advance for large projects while working for smaller indies to fill total capacity utilization. In LA I hope to listen, understand and debate about the state of affairs today in decision making boardrooms and finance areas that decide which productions to push for and where. I am looking for an honest and perhaps hard conversation about how to make money in this business successfully while broadening creative talent across the board.

Joseph Bell

Kerenza Harris
Executive Leader | Design Technology & Practice Innovation (AECO) | Faculty — SCI-Arc

Short summary
I want to bring a practical adoption lens—how we move from pilots to repeatable operating models—and frame sustainability and resilience as core drivers of integration.

Full statement
RESET LA 26 matters to me because we’re at a turning point: real-time systems and AI are accelerating change faster than most practices can absorb it. I’ve spent my career in the gap between design ambition and delivery reality, building ways for teams to protect intent, reduce friction, and make performance measurable under real constraints.
What I hope to contribute is a practical lens on adoption. Tools are not the bottleneck. Coherence is. I want to help the group define operating models that move from pilots to repeatable practice, and that stay flexible as new technology arrives. I also want to bring sustainability and resilience into that same frame, not as a separate topic, but as the forcing function that makes integration non-optional and elevates the value of consistent, traceable outcomes.

Full statement
Evaluation and integration of AI into each of our departments and workflows where feasible and advantageous. We are at another moment in time when we have to adapt – it’s not optional. It’s time to clear the fog and determine what is hype vs. what is reality and start to implement tools that will make our teams lives easier and their work more effective. To support them in focusing on what they are most passionate about doing vs. the parts of their job that mire them in detail that slows them down vs. elevating them to greatness. Let’s explore together in an authentic way. What is working? Who is trying what? Let’s all learn from each others failures and benefit from each others wins.
