Corporate Members

Founding Members – $20,000
🔹 Exclusive Seat on the Board of Governors – Founding Members hold a permanent seat on the Board of Governors, a trusted group of industry leaders who define RTS’s strategic direction, priorities, and initiatives.
🔹 Shape the Future of RTS – Guide RTS’s mission and long-term vision to ensure it serves the broader industry—not individual company interests.
🔹 Strategic Influence – Play a key role in major initiatives such as the RealTime Innovation Awards, including the definition of award categories and standards-setting activities.

Associate Members
🔹 Companies with 1,000+ FTE employees – $7,500
🔹 Companies with 500–999 FTE employees – $5,000
🔹 Companies with 100–499 FTE employees – $3,000
🔹 Companies with 16–99 FTE employees – $1,500
🔹 Companies with 1–15 FTE employees – $750

Corporate Members are encouraged to contribute approximately 30 hours per year of expert time (from an engineer, researcher, or technical lead) to RTS community-wide initiatives.

Non-Profit & Government Members

🔹 Approved non-profit organizations and government entities – $750

Academic Members

🔹 Accredited academic institutions – $1,500

Independent Members

🔹 Independent professionals (subject to application review) – $275 per person

Student Members

🔹 Full-time students enrolled in accredited institutions – $45

✅ Voting rights are reserved for Founding Members, who hold permanent seats on the RTS Board of Governors.

✅ The Board of Governors serves as the strategic leadership body for RTS, responsible for:
• Defining the mission and long-term goals of the Society
• Setting strategic direction for industry-wide initiatives
• Shaping high-impact programs such as the RealTime Innovation Awards
• Ensuring RTS serves the entire community—not individual or corporate agendas
