Matt has worked in Virtual Production for over 15 years and is currently the Senior Virtual Production Supervisor at Industrial Light & Magic.
Matt’s extensive virtual production experience helps Directors, Production Designers, DPs and Visual Effects Supervisors to preview film sequences, locations and capture all the subtleties of an actor’s performance in real-time, be it through camera or in VR, whilst integrating the results into a traditional film pipeline. He has most recently be driving the push to enable the capture of in camera finals.
Some of his recent credits include The Mandalorian, Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker, Aladdin, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, No Time to Die, and Spectre.
Matt is continuing to push the limits of what is possible in both hardware and software to fulfill the needs of Directors and Storytellers of the future.
