RTC requests that all in-person Attendees take steps to consider the health and safety of other Attendees during an RTC Event. Masks and social distancing, where possible, are recommended but are currently not required. As per current government recommendations, vaccinations are currently not required for attendance at public Events.
Any special COVID-19 Measures will be shared with event registrants at least one month prior to the event but are subject to change before or during the event, depending on the local situation as well as applicable regulations and venue requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: Given the nature of COVID-19 we cannot guarantee that it’s spread or infections will not occur. By choosing to attend in person, you acknowledge and agree that Hippogryph Productions LLC is not responsible in the event that you become infected, and you assume all risks associated with attending.
